Let go of who you think you need to be and just be who you actually are
Life can be challenging for lots of different reasons. Sometimes we get stuck and need some support. Our self awareness can sometimes be blocked by negative thoughts and behaviour, which can lead us to be unhappy in ourselves.
I offer a counselling service that will help create change in your life. I will support you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself by focusing on your self awareness. This will help you understand why you feel the way you do. I will support you to heal and grow within yourself to help you reach your full potential.
Examples of difficulties I can help you overcome include: anxiety, depression, redundancy, divorce, stress, confidence, bereavement, anger, obsessive compulsive disorders, low self esteem, addiction, pain and ill health, repeating negative experiences from childhood, cultural differences, family issues, bullying and suicidal thoughts.
I also work with people who feel they are not being heard.
What would it be like to drop the guilt...
- Say no without feeling guilty
- Ask for your needs to be met without feeling guilty
- Keep boundaries without feeling guilty
